1. Design Architecture Adaptive Reflow

2. Canvas Aspect Ratio 3 : 4

Changing the aspect ratio dynamically recalculates the topological grid cells so knots never stretch or squash.

Custom Aspect Ratio W : H

3. Page Framing & Proportions

Outer Manuscript Margin 4%

Border Frieze Thickness 1 Cell

Corner Finial Bosses

Center Circle Rosette Show/hide circular knot design in center

1. Primary Lattice Density 6 × 8 Grid

Base Harmonic Scale Medium (8)

Automatically scales X and Y unit cells to match the active aspect ratio.

2. Symmetry Group

3. Break-Line Graph Grammar

Break-Line Probability 38%

0% = Pure classical plait. Higher = intricate labyrinthine turns.

Directional Bias (H vs V) Balanced

Polar Medallion Sectors 12 Lobes

Polar Concentric Rings 4 Rings

Prevent Trivial Loops

Forbids isolated 1-cell circles

4. Interactive Lattice Overlay Inspect primary/secondary grid & break-lines

1. Traditional Cord Profile

2. Strand Calibration

Ribbon Width (% of Cell) 20%

Over/Under Shadow Gap 32%

Controls the dark trench cut where an upper strand crosses over a lower strand.

Corner Curvature Tension 0.55 (Arc)

Low = Angular Viking/Pictish. High = Flowing Insular curves.

Outer Trim Stroke Ratio 22%

3. Insular Ornamentation

Interstitial Pellet Dots

Red/Gold manuscript dots in voids

Center Circle Rosette

Show/hide central circular knot ring
